Spa Policies and FAQ’s
Please arrive at your appointment at LEAST 5 minutes early, as parking can be unpredictable. Please complete the New Client Intake form that comes with your first appointment confirmation email before your appointment. If you haven’t completed your new Client Intake online, some of your treatment time will be used for this task.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
As a courtesy, appointments do not require a credit card on file to schedule, but a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any client scheduling an appointment agrees to this policy and understands that they will be asked to pay for their full service if they do not reschedule or cancel with the 48-hour notice.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth schedule for all clients. Late arrivals may be accommodated if possible or rescheduled if necessary. The full-service fee will apply regardless of arrival time.

Fanny Clavier is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and follows all CDC guidelines and California Board of Barbering of Cosmetology guidelines to ensure your safety.
