Spa Policies and FAQ’s

Please arrive at your appointment at LEAST 5 minutes early, as parking can be unpredictable. If you haven’t completed your New Client Intake online, some of your treatment time will be used for this task.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

As a courtesy, appointments do not require a credit card on file to schedule, but a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any client scheduling an appointment agrees to this policy. 

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cause schedule delays for those clients who arrive promptly at their appointment time. Late arrivals will be worked into the schedule or re-appointed to another day if time allows. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the service fee, regardless of when they show up.

Client Safety

Fanny Clavier is fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and follows all CDC guidelines and California Board of Barbering of Cosmetology guidelines to ensure your safety.
